Learning First ABAWhere Learning Leads, Progress Follows

Individualized Learning Plans

Each child and family brings a distinct set of strengths, needs, and lived experiences, and the path to meaningful progress reflects that individuality. At Learning First LLC, services are thoughtfully tailored to align with each learner’s developmental profile, family priorities, and the environments in which they live, learn, and grow. We believe that lasting, functional outcomes emerge through true collaboration, so we partner closely with families to ensure their voice guides assessment, goal selection, and intervention. By fostering shared understanding, building caregiver capacity, and integrating strategies across settings, we create a cohesive, supportive process where every stakeholder plays an active role in promoting independence and long-term success.

Family Support Services

Caregiver training is an essential component of Applied Behavior Analysis services, ensuring that progress extends beyond direct sessions and into everyday life. At Learning First LLC, we are committed to delivering caregiver training that is family-friendly, transparent, and thoughtfully tailored to each family’s needs. Training is designed to be practical and accessible, equipping caregivers with the knowledge and skills to support their child’s development across routines and settings confidently. By emphasizing collaboration, clear communication, and real-world application, we empower families to implement strategies consistently, promote the generalization of skills, and sustain meaningful progress over time.

Progress Monitoring and Transparency

ABA services should be evaluated by meaningful outcomes and progress that are clear, practical, and easy for families to understand. At Learning First LLC, we prioritize transparency and shared decision-making by ensuring caregivers have consistent access to their child’s progress and the rationale behind clinical recommendations. Families are provided with an intuitive platform to track learning, review data in real time, and communicate directly with the clinical team. This ongoing access fosters collaboration, allows for timely adjustments to programming, and ensures that caregivers remain active, informed participants in shaping their child’s path toward independence and success..

Home

In the home environment, we focus on daily living skills, including toilet training, feeding issues, and daily self-care routines. Services in the home also include support for the development of leisure skills and functional communication. We can support sibling interactions and help the family with strategies to address ongoing areas of concern in the home.

Community

Community settings such as parks and libraries are ideal environments to work on social skills naturally. Our team wants learning to occur outside of the clinical setting to support our learners' activities across all environments.

PreAcademics

Pre-academic skills are essential for the development of our learners. Even if these are skills that were missed along the way, our learning plans will develop a road map for acquiring these functional skills step by step to increase the engagement of the learner during instruction.

For Our Older Learners

Vocational Support

We will develop a practical plan that supports the learners interests and abilities to perform meaningful work into adulthood.

Independent Living

There is no manual for raising a child with a disability, but eventually all children will become adults and the more independent they are the greater the quality of life they will enjoy. We can support developing these skills for all ability levels.

Self-Advocacy

Teaching communication is just a first step, knowing how to use those communication skills to express more significant wants and needs is an essential part of day-to-day life. Our learners will be taught to address situations where they need to effectively communicate their feelings, emotions and own priorities a the most independent level possible.
